Cost Savings Reviews go hand-in-hand with A/P Recovery Reviews that search for overpayments. Both reviews are performed together by an experience professional reviewing your Accounts Payable files searching for ideas to reduce cost and save money. Invoices, purchase orders, contracts, agreements, receiving documents and other paperwork are examined for cost savings ideas. Most ideas will be quick and simple to implement. The review is performed in your office or satellite facilities to maintain confidentiality.
Our reviews require minimal Accounts Payable involvement. We will maintain your records in an organized manner. Discovered ideas are discussed with you at your convenience. Once the cost savings ideas are approved by you, we assist in their implementation. Our fee becomes due after you are satisfied that the implementation is complete. We will assist, to the fullest extent you choose, with the implementation of your selected cost savings ideas. We will explain the changes to your personnel, and work with them to assure that the implementation is completed correctly and in a timely fashion.
Final Cost Savings Review Report
The Final Cost Savings Review Report lists implemented cost savings ideas and contains copies of supporting documentation. We will gladly make ourselves available to discuss our recommendations.
Assistance Required from Client
Our needs are simple: Access to Accounts Payable files and vendor agreements; contact with personnel from Accounts Payable and Purchasing; workspace; and the use of a copier, telephone and fax.
Our fee is based on a percentage of savings. There are no costs to your company for the review. A/P Review, Inc. assumes all the risk. Your company pays nothing if no cost saving ideas are implemented. Your company can only save money.
